Ken a347f3f625 fix: use shell checkout in Gitea workflow (no marketplace actions) ...

Gitea runner at git.ampbox.io doesn't have an actions mirror.
Replace actions/checkout, setup-node, and wrangler-action with
plain git clone, npm ci, and npx wrangler.
